Payment

All prices are given in Canadian or American dollars. Additional shipping and handling fees are explained below.

Payment without Credit Card

If you are unable to pay with a credit card see below for our alternative methiods of payment. Please note that teas will be shipped after payment is complete.


You can pay with:

  1. Postal order
  2. Certified Cheque

All payments to be made out to: Camellia Sinensis


Teas will be shipped within 2 working days. Payment by personal, or non-certified cheque, require 10 working days to clear before teas can be shipped.


ABSOLUTELY NO CASH PAYMENT

Shipping and Handling

Transport costs are provided automatically by Canada Post. Postage is calculated to the specific weight, dimensions and address of each order. Client may chose from several options from regular post to express courier service. The weight of the packaging is included in the transport costs.


Parcels are mailed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received on either these days will be mailed on the following mailing day.


All teas are packed in high-quality, re-sealable bags.


Prices are calculated in Canadian and American Dollars.

Guarantee

We guarantee your unconditional satisfaction. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange within 30 days. Return Policy!


To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post.


If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Send the return to: Camellia Sinensis

Your Privacy, Confidentiality

We consider all information about our customers, their orders and the products they purchase or inquire about to be personal and confidential. We respect the right to privacy and therefore, we will not disclose or sell any personal information to any outside organization -- Period, no ifs, ands or buts.


Camellia Sinensis requests only the following personal information:

  • Customer name
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address (if applicable)
  • Phone/Fax numbers
  • E-mail address
  • Credit card number (for orders only)*
  • Expiration date of credit card*

*Under no circumstances are credit card details kept or saved once an order has been processed.


This information will be used internally for:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Informing customers of order status or order questions
  • Informing customers of product updates

You can, at any time, opt out of receiving product updates from Camellia Sinensis or request any information Camellia Sinensis has collected from you by e-mailing us at prive@camellia-sinensis.com. One of our representatives will contact you to verify your identity.
