Pu Er 1974 Menghai 74342
China

Our oldest Pu Er is aged gently in Hong Kong for over thirty years. The medium-sized leaves, dark to light chestnut-brown, offer an aroma of sun-drenched earth. The generous infusion is deep and complex: earthy (red beets and raw potatoes) and luxurious (dark chocolate, salted caramel, and ground cherries) notes abound. The long finish leaves a sophisticated and soft mineral feeling on the palate. A precious and beautiful tea.
