Pu Er 1997-B
China

Aged in natural conditions, this Pu Er is deep and complex. On the nose, the liquor, reminiscent of iodine, also has hints of beets and humus. On the palate, tobacco, ginseng, dark chocolate and red berry notes combine with delicate hints of acidity and minerals. Just like visiting a wine cellar!
