Made in Fujian, the Bai Lin Gong Fu is comprised of many buds and the perfume of cocoa and prunes that emanates from the dry leaves is simply enchanting. Once infused, the liquor is mild and smooth. The hint of acidity is reminiscent of tamarind and lemon. The grainy aftertaste and light earthiness are typical of Chinese black teas.
