History, botany and tea gardens, the four principal styles of tea, health benefits, basic teapot-style preparation and tea tasting.

Plunge into the vast universe of tea and demystify the origins, botany and transformation of this fascinating plant. Learn to distinguish a white tea from an oolong or a black tea. Learn about tea's virtues and health benefits. This workshop provides answers to all those nagging tea-questions and provides many useful tips for the successful infusion of all styles of tea.

To create an intimate atmosphere, conducive to discovering the intricacies of tasting, groups are kept to 9 people. Workshops include general information, demonstrations of preparation techniques and comparative tasting.
