WORKSHOP Taiwan's wulong and the World of Tea-Tasting (35$)

Tea masters, Taiwanese wulong vs. Chinese wulong, Gong Fu Cha, tea-tasting techniques, vocabulary and analysis tables.

This workshop invites you to discover your talent for tasting. Based around the wulong of Taiwan it introduces the Gong Fu Cha technique of infusion where a good quantity of wulong is infused in a tiny teapot. You will see why we call wulong "nose teas". The island of Taiwan reveals its mysteries with these enticing teas and by the end of this workshop you will be able to develop a new vocabulary for tea tasting.

To create an intimate atmosphere, conducive to discovering the intricacies of tasting, groups are kept to 9 people. Workshops include general information, demonstrations of preparation techniques and comparative tasting.
