Legends, infusing with a "chung", transformation of Chinese green tea, comparative tasting of china's classic teas.

The ancient Chinese art of tea goes back several thousand years. Over the centuries the Chinese simple and precise methods of infusion that bring out the aromas of their most precious teas. Learn the art of using a chung and how to recognize various styles of Chinese green tea and understand the qualities of "terroir" specific to each one. This workshop also gives a glimpse into the secrets of professional tea tasting.

To create an intimate atmosphere, conducive to discovering the intricacies of tasting, groups are kept to 10 people. Workshops include general information, demonstrations of preparation techniques and comparative tasting.
