
Recipe: Iced Matcha Latte
Used in various ways in cooking, matcha brings a unique touch to pastries, desserts, and drinks.
One of our favourite classics: iced matcha latte! Quenching and stimulating, it is the perfect summertime companion!
Iced Matcha Recipe
(3 cups)
INGREDIENTS
500ml Cold milk of your choice (cow, soya, almond, oat)
250ml Cold water (or a mix of ice cubes and water)
4 tsp Matcha Sora
4 tsp Raw sugar (or 2 tsp for sweetened soya milk)
PREPARATION
Put all ingredients into an electric blender
Blend until Matcha has completely dissolved
Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can replace some of the water with ice cubes, or milk ice cubes for a "milkshake" texture!
