This silver needle style white tea (Yin Zhen) comes from a small village in the high mountains of central Sri Lanka. An exciting innovation from this region usually known for its black teas.
The beautiful downy buds offer a silky and slightly brisk infusion bringing a fresh effect to the cup. The taste develops into sweet notes of hay and honey.
