Chai Latté

Ingredients (makes 1 litre)

  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml milk of your choice
  • 4 tsp of the chai blend of your choice
  • 2 to 4 tsp of sugar

Preparation

  • Boil water in a pan
  • Add the chai blend and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add sugar to taste
  • Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes
  • Filter and serve.
