This superb lot of Indian black tea is from the "Heritage" section of this classic garden, planted with 150 year old biodynamically grown tea bushes, perched on the mountains of the Himalayan range.

The infusion of its beautiful whole leaves reveals a clear liquor, lively and balanced, with a rich aroma making it one of the best Darjeelings on our menu. Its herbaceous and floral notes contribute a surprising lightness to this fine and refreshing tea!
