Product code: CSTN-86

This lot of First Flush black tea come from the highest sections of the Namring garden known as Upper Namring, in Darjeeling. One of the region’s earliest plantings this garden was founded in around 1855. This ‘AV2' modern cultivar has been transformed in the popular ‘Moonlight’ style, lightly rolled without pressure leaving an open leaf and then very lightly oxidized.

The infused leaves are full of delicate buds and give a perfectly clear liquor with tones of yellow and pink. The fresh herbal and floral aromas typical of this cultivar explode immediately, combined notes of lilies and vanilla. The finale closes in delicate sweet spice (nutmeg).

A nuanced tea, rich and smooth to charm any palate.
