Darjeeling First flush Poobong

Product code: CSTN-187

With their century-old classic tea bushes, the new owners of this small garden have revived the great potential of these fields with this spring harvest tea so coveted by Darjeeling tea enthusiasts.

As the hot water touches the leaves, a light cereal aroma reminiscent of corn is released. This develops into the classic aesthetic of teas from this region. A lively, fresh and spicy attack, an oily liquor, balanced by its briskness, leading to a deep persistence which continues into the pleasant lingering vegetal (green pepper) and sweet notes of the finalé.

A bright awakening.
