From three different cultivars (AV2, T-78 and P-312) from the Singbulli garden in Darjeeling (India), this spring harvest black tea (First Flush) has undergone a more delicate rolling to extract its full flavour potential. This ensures that the integrity of the leaves and the many buds that constitute the tea are preserved.

The liquor is clear and has a beautiful golden hue and a smooth texture. The flavours begin with fruity notes, slightly brisk and reminiscent of raspberry. The tea quickly acquires more depth with pleasant floral and vegetal notes.

The presence of this tea lingers on the palate for a significant period of time.
