Fuding Mo Xiao Yu Ya

Product code: CSTB-45

This is a precious Chinese white tea is from the Fuding region in Fujian province, the origin of this style of tea. Its name refers to the altitude of the tea bushes, 'high in the sky' (Mo Xiao), and the young, downy, very soft and even buds of the plucking (Yu Ya). This high mountain garden offers very small quantities of premium leaves.

The sweet, honey-like fragrance emerges from the infused leaves and the liquor is remarkably clear. The fresh, pure taste of the young shoots is palpable and testifies to the care taken in processing: perfect withering in the sun. The persistence is exquisite.
