Huiming Hong Cha Organic

This black tea, a recent innovation of Mr He, is composed of long curly leaves decorated with golden buds. In infusion, rich chocolate and gourmet notes (peanut oil) stimulate our senses. Its coppery and smooth liquor unfolds on the palate with an amazing complexity, combining tart, sweet and even umami (oyster) with its nuances of root vegetables (parsnips) and spices. Yoshiki Murata is an extremely dynamic potter, still very driven by his exploration of firing, clays and minerals, even after more than 30 years of work.

This teapot was created by the Japanese ceramist Yoshiki Murata. The workshop of this potter is located in the coastal town of Tokoname in Aichi Prefecture. Turned by hand, this object is made with local clay. The patterns on the sides are created by applying seaweed to the clay at the moment of firing.

Each handcrafted piece is unique and has been catalogued separately to ensure that the piece you see is the piece you get.

This collector's item comes with a wooden box signed by the artist. Look after it. The ensemble could well appreciate in value over the years.

Pu Er Sheng 2001 Lahu Wild Trees 1000 Years Old

Produced by the Lahu of Xishuangbanna, one of the ethnic groups of Yunnan, this aged tea is composed of leaves from 1,000 year old  wild trees. Bronzed by time, these large leaves once rinsed, divulge intoxicating scents of undergrowth and spices. On the palate, its silky texture and fruity notes rub shoulders with fine nuances of leather and incense. Its long minty finish leave an exquisite impression of invigorating fullness!

Shui Xian Lao Cong M.Liu | Collection Box

Here is a great production not to be missed, originating in the Wuyi mountains national park, one of the best terroirs for tea production due to the quality of its volcanic soils and its most favorable warm and humid microclimate. Infusion of its beautiful leaves, transformed by the hands of masters, offers intoxicating perfumes of sweet ripe strawberries and flowers. Its brilliant liquor is creamy and displays its woody and roasted accents with finesse, leaving room for precious nuances of sweet spices (nutmeg, cinnamon) and brown sugar. Generous and balanced, could make a nice gift!
