Mr Wang stands out for the finesse of his teas. Two cultivars are blended here to produce this exceptional batch of Chinese black tea, notably Fuding Da Bai, which is normally used to produce white tea and gives the liqueur an unprecedented delicacy.

The infusion is dominated by flavours of raspberry jam, complemented by pastry notes (cooked cereals). The zesty acidity blends with tastes of cocoa to give the tea a full body, but without any bitterness.
