This innovative, lush garden, high up in the Dhankuta region of Nepal, surprises us once again with this magnificent spring harvest: a most attractive black leaf and bud tea worthy of Mr Orchard's passionate work.
Nepal White Jun Chiyabari Organic
In his constant search for excellence in the processing of his teas, Mr. Orchard once again brings the Jun Chiyabari terroir to the forefront with this Nepalese white tea, demonstrating a great mastery of his art.The combination of leaves and precious buds from two cultivars, B157 and T78, gives the liqueur a soft and smooth texture, but also generates an impressive union of floral (orchid and lily), mineral and fruity (green mango) flavours, hinting at a subtle spiciness reminiscent of nutmeg and creating a fresh finish.
The persistence and the effect on the palate are most remarkable!
