The core of our company is a group of four professional tea-tasters, each specialising in a different tea-growing region of Asia. Specializing in China, Jasmin has travelled, since 2003, to six Chinese provinces producing all the families of tea. He is a member of the China Tea Science Society and his ‘ganbei’ (Down in One!) with members of the Chinese Communist Party are legendary.
A lover of the great artisanal green teas, François has covered the central provinces of China since 2006. Every year, towards the end of April, his path leads him to visit producers of green teas and of Liu Bao. Despite his affection for Chinese gastronomy, aged tofu is still not part of his diet.
Proudly British, Kevin fulfills the role of a black tea specialist. Each year, since 1989, he has travelled to different regions of India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. According to his colleagues, his consumption of tea could be higher than the flow of some rivers.
