Welcome to the new edition of our website (June 2019). A new space for us to share our travels, experiences and introduce some of our personal favourites from the World of Tea.
To facilitate your search and improve your online shopping experience, we have created a more intuitive navigation design.
Here you will find our teas, teapots and ritual objects (gaiwan, gong fu cha, senchado, Japanese ceremony) and the cups and accessories selected by our team. Find the perfect product by searching according to various criteria (family, type, format, culture, origin, infusion technique, collection). New arrivals of the moment are also indicated.
The product pages now include more detailed information: aroma wheel, antioxidant and caffeine analysis chart, world map, producer names, altitude, cultivar, date of harvest and the proposed infusion technique ( in grams or teaspoons). You will also find our recommendations according to your preferences and be able to add items to your personal wish list.
It is not mandatory to create an account in order to place an order. However, creating one allows you to save your purchase history and create a tasting notebook (see how in the paragraph below).
* Do you already have an account on our previous site? We imported it on this new version. However, you will need to create a new password. Please note that your tasting notebook has been imported, but not the history of your purchases. If you would like to retrieve some information about your previous orders, please write to us and we will be pleased to assist you.
Create a Tasting Notebook
Creating a tasting notebook is very simple. Just login to your account and go to the product page you are interested in. Then, add a rating and, if you wish, a descriptive comment: the product will now be added to your notebook. You can also add a product from your purchase history.
Find the ideal gift for any tea lover, for beginners or connoisseurs, or by price range, in our new Gifts section.
Find out more about our travels to producing countries, food pairings with tea, its effects on health, our suggestions and discoveries, and more.
Tea School (coming soon)
This section, still under construction (fall 2019), will present the schedule of tea workshops, ceremonies and tastings offered by our Tea Schools of Montreal and Quebec City. You will also find our laboratory studies on Tea and Health and other information on preparation and infusion techniques.
For now, you can download a PDF that includes information about our various workshops
