Pu Er 2023 Yibang Man Gong (old tree maocha)

Product code: CSTVI-278

Here is an exceptional young Pu er tea composed of a harmonious blend of buds and leaves picked from century-old trees in the Yibang area. This mythical place in Yunnan (China) is one of the six ancient mountains of the Xishuangbanna that gave rise to this style of tea.

Its wet leaves give off herbaceous (bark) and cereal-like aromas. The golden liquor has a lively mouthfeel and is supported by a gentle astringency. Ripe fruit notes are followed by a floral finish.

A balanced and vigorous tea.
