This 200g tea cake, signed with out logo, has been entirely made with leaves from Mengsong Moutain in Bulang Shan.
Pu Er Sheng 2016 Yiwu Sheng Tai
This young Pu er comes from one of the most prestigious terroirs in the Yunnan, grown without chemicals in a sustainable cultivation integrated with the local ecosystem.
The artisanal compression makes it easy to loosen the long leaves of this 200g cake. Infused, fine herbaceous and floral fragrances ride above deeper aromas of musk and grilled vegetables.
Its liquor, full and smooth, is marked by slightly powdery texture reminiscent of icing sugar or chalk. Gentle nuances of of apricots and marzipan accompany its exquisitely pure finish.

- Pour water, at recommended temperature for the infusion, on to the leaves.
- Allow leaves to soak for 5 to 10 seconds.
- Strain off the rinse water and begin your infusion.
