Pu Er Shou 2015 Bulang
Shaped into small 8-gram balls for convenient brewing, this Shou-style Pu Er (rapid fermentation) comes from a number of villages in China's Bulang mountain range and offers excellent value for money.
In a size ideal for the teapot, this tea has the typical aromas and texture of this particular family: silky liquor, warm notes of moist earth, fresh tobacco and ripe fruit (prunes). The flavours build to a long, lingering finish with no bitterness.
Gentle and accessible.
- Cultivar: Da Ye
- Pour water, at recommended temperature for the infusion, on to the leaves.
- Allow leaves to soak for 5 to 10 seconds.
- Strain off the rinse water and begin your infusion.
