Quebec Linden Organic (10g Bag)

Product code: CSTAD-511

This small batch of herbal tea is composed of delicate whole leaves and flowers of Quebec linden (Tilia cordata), hand-picked and meticulously dried. Although this plant is known for its great qualities, we have added it to our selection first and foremost for the finesse of its flavours.

The clear, soft, light green liquor evokes the summer season at its peak. In fact, its flowers usually grow in July and the sweet aromatic oils they contain generate delicate flavours reminiscent of raw yellow beans and sweet field flowers.

The plant, when infused, is said to have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, digestive, calming, anti-anxiety and sedative properties. It could also help to treat headaches and reduce fever.

A Quebec grand cru to discover.
