Mi Xiang Hong Cha

Thai Pu Er Shou 2013 Old Trees

A batch of aged tea from Doi Wawee in the mountainous region of Chiang Rai (Thailand). This is a small batch from old trees, pure and unblended. It is also an unusual fine pluck (1 bud and 2 leaves), as opposed to a tea that is sorted after manufacture. These elements create its exceptional characteristics.

Thai Pu Er Sheng 2008 Hong Tai Chang

A great addition to our aged tea menu this 357g cake is from a more obscure terroir in Thailand, compressed using ancient traditions of China.

Anji Bai Cha

Anji Bai Cha is a treasure of refinement visible in the sight of its beautiful threadlike leaves, resembling pine needles.

Pu Er Shou 2011 Menghai Sheng Tai Tuo Cha

Originating from ecological plantations (Sheng Tai), this Shou Pu er was compressed in the traditional form of the bird's nest (tuo cha).

Du Yun Hong Cha

Thanks to our passionate Guizhou producers, we have a new Chinese black tea on the menu. Using a white tea cultivar (Fuding Da Bai), the liquor is textured, sweet with a slightly acid character. The woody and malty notes resulting from the oxidation are enhanced with aerial, floral and spicy dimensions.
