Sencha Monsieur Yoshio

Product code: CSTV-212

This is one of the few green teas that are still hand-picked in Japan. It is grown in Uchimaki, a neighbouring village in the Ashikubo region, a terroir we are particularly fond of. The artisan is affectionately nicknamed Monsieur Yoshio.

Hand-picking produces a tea with long, elegant leaves. Iodized and floral aromas, accompanied by a buttery texture reminiscent of baby spinach, make for a strong, sweet liquor.

An outstanding, delicate tea.
