Sencha Yame Harukaze
This Japanese Sencha comes to us from a recently discovered and very gifted producer in Fukuoka, on the island of Kyushu. This limited edition is a perfect alternative to your regular green tea.
Inhaling the aroma of the leaves, dry or infused, fills the senses with a pleasant mix of floral and sweet, the latter coming from a subtle light-roasting of the tea (Hiire). The vegetal flavours (cooked courgettes) are balanced in the finish by light notes of roasted hazelnuts.
