Sikkim 2nd flush Bermiok

Product code: CSTN-199

The Bermiok garden, located in a village in the state of Sikkim in India, offers us an exclusive Second Flush black tea. On the outskirts of the Himalayas, this young terroir is cultivated by a local family following biodynamic principles. They have quickly built up an expertise that will leave no tea lover indifferent.

This summer harvest of fine leaves and buds is presented in beautiful twisted style. The infusion opens with frank woody notes and progresses to a very enveloping sweet sensation combined with subtle fruity flavours (strawberry). A long floral finish of magnolias.

A seductive tea with a complex aroma. Not to be missed, as quantities are very limited!
