Sikkim Second Flush Bermiok

Product code: CSTN-199

The Bermiok garden, located in a village in the state of Sikkim in India, offers us an exclusive Second Flush black tea. On the outskirts of the Himalayas, this young terroir is cultivated by a local family following biodynamic principles. They have quickly built up an expertise that will leave no tea lover indifferent.

This summer harvest of fine leaves and buds is presented in a beautiful twisted style. The infusion opens with frank woody notes and progresses to an enveloping sweet sensation that reminds us of coffee, followed by a long floral finish of magnolias.

A seductive tea with a complex aroma. Not to be missed, as quantities are very limited!
