Pu Er Shou 1998 Xia Guan

Xia Guan Tea Factory has long established itself as a leader in Pu Er markets all over China. Known to produce excellent shou Pu Er tea since the style began in the ‘70s, they have been leading the market with strong exports to Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Tibet. Their teas are highly sought after by collectors.

Kabusecha Takamado

Grown and processed in the region of Uji in Japan, this "shade-tea" is of great finesse. Shade structures which block up to 70% of the light are placed over the tea plants two weeks before harvest in order to soften the leaves and increase the chlorophyll concentration.

L'Éclatante Organic (75g Bag)

This organic tea, strongly dominated by ginger and lemon, is an ideal mix to get through the cold season. Spicy and tangy, its vegetal liquor is fruity (citrus) and spicy. Warm and friendly from start to finish, it will give you a boost against those winter sore throats.

From the peatland of Lake Saint-Jean, the downy leaves of this native plant of the Rhododendron genus disclose, in infusion, a lively and light liquor, supported by strong citrus and camphor aromas. Amateurs of exceptional tea, here is one of three recent batches coming to us from the annual Bai Hao competition in Taiwan. This one, nominated 2 flowers, as it is the case for about 20 to 25% of the 2000 lots judged, presents beautiful leaves adorned with sumptuous buds. Once infused, they display seductive scents of flowers (orange blossom) and pastries, charging the air with their aromatic power. Gaba Cha

A surprising black wulong from the North of Taiwan. A varied dry leaf gives an deep amber cup with a spicy and fruity nose. Full flavour is sweet with edges of cooked apple and grenadine. Notes of cinnamon bark and nutmeg add to a floral and fruity persistence.
