Huiming Jingning Bai Organic

Our producer of Jingning (Zhejiang) never disappoints and this tea is no different.  Produced from a wild and local plant, it is both a feast for the eyes and taste. Once infused, the liqueur is surprisingly clear, vibrant, full, fat and overpowered by gourmet vegetal notes (asparagus with butter).  This balanced and refined tea is enhanced by a fresh and floral final evoking May lilacs.

Toufen 1963

This antiquity from the north west of Taiwan, with leaves burnished by time, releases after rinsing aromas of undergrowth and leather. Its dark reddish-brown liquor is  mineral and full tasting, embellished with notes of tobacco, dried fruit and beetroot. Its peppery finish also evokes the fragrance of roasted coffee. A warm and memorable tea to taste for tapping into the present moment.

Bi Luo Chun Du Yun

Produced in Du Yun Mountain (Guizhou), Bi Luo Chun tea is made from extremely fine plucking where tender young buds make up most of the harvest. Skillfully transformed by M. Li’s hand in traditional woks, these tiny rolled shoots give off surprisingly intense fragrances. Deep herbal aromas in a full-bodied brew, this rich and tasty tea possesses a unique balance between body and finesse.

Long Jing Jingning Bai

The cultivar used to produce this great tea comes from wild tea plants reproduced by grafting. On infusion, its tender yellow-green leaves reveal rich fragrances of forest flowers and fresh hazelnuts. Its light and flowing liquor is full and its tangy flavour, reminiscent of rocket, leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Gyokuro Tamahomare
