This small lot of Indian black tea from the Gopaldhara garden in Darjeeling comes from a high altitude section of the plantation that is planted with a mix of cultivars giving distinct qualities to the taste.

The liquor, round and saline, boasts an aromatic richness oscillating between floral and vegetal notes (celery) and the more gourmet notes of walnut and muscatel. A slightly mineral tea with a long lasting impression in the mouth.

Infusion between 90 and 95 degrees is advised to savour the freshly picked first flush Darjeeling in all its greenness.
